Dr. Conroy attended the Pennsylvania State University and
earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Foreign Service and
international politics as well as history. Upon the completion
of his undergraduate studies, he served in the United
States Marine Corps as an infantry officer. He attended
medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic
Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in
Internal Medicine at the Metropolitan Hospital in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania. He completed his fellowship training in
Hematology and Medical Oncology at Hahnemann University
Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Conroy is
board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and
Medical Oncology. He is a Fellow of the American College
of Physicians and a Fellow of the American College of
Osteopathic Internists. He is an Assistant Professor of
Oncology at Johns Hopkins University and Associate Clinical
Professor of Medicine at the Pennsylvania State University.
Dr. Conroy's clinical interests include lung cancer, malignancies
of unknown primary, and the lymphomas.
