Dr. Liu attended the Sun Yat-sen Medical College in Guangzhou,
China. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at
the Tianjin Medical College Hospital in B\Tianjin, China.
He completed his hematology training at the Peking Union Medical
College in Beijing, China. From 1988 through 1991, he was
an attending physician at the Institute of Hematology of the
Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical
College. He was a Royal Fellow at the Department of Hematology
of the Royal Free Hospital of the University of London in
England. Dr. Liu emigrated to the United State in 1991. He
served as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate at the Cornell
University Medical College. He completed a second residency
in Internal Medicine at the Hahnemann University Hospital
in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his fellowship
training in Medical Oncology at the Medical College of Virginia.
Dr. Liu is board certified in Internal Medicine and Medical
Oncology. Dr. Liu's clinical interests include benign and
malignant hematology. |
